Overview
Mabinogi Smash Damage
Primal Forces Mastery is one of the Ancillary Power Pools available to Controllers and Dominators.
- 1.7x dmg dealt: 1.9x: 2.1x-27: Activates once per stock. However, this effect can activate again on the same stock for Bowser, Little Mac, Lucario, or Wario after the use of their Final Smash. Activates in Stamina Smash when the player's health falls below 20% of their max HP. Desperate Defender: Improved defense in a crisis.
- Activate powerful resonance with Project Bunny to have it unleash devestating attacks. Resonance: Project Bunny smashes the ground 3 times to damage and stun enemies, and applies Time Lock on weakened enemies for 5s. SP Cost: 55 1st Smash: 275% Project Bunny's ATK of Physical DMG.2nd Smash: 425% Project Bunny's ATK of Physical DMG.3rd Smash: 575% Project Bunny's ATK of Physical.

The blast of liquid deals massive DMG if it connects from the very beginning of the final smash (about 60% DMG) but can deal splash DMG to opponents who are not quite in the blast but right under it. After the final smash is finished, Cuphead smiles triumphantly and gets back into the fight.

Energy Transfer
Mastery of Energy Melee begins with the ability to transfer your own hit points into a punch that deals extreme Smashing and Energy damage. Energy Transfer has a good chance of Disorienting the target.

Explosive Blast

Power Blast
A much more powerful, yet slower version of Power Bolt. Power Blast sends a focused beam of energy at a foe that can knock him back.

Power Boost
Dmg formula one download. Greatly boosts the secondary effects of your powers. Your powers effects like disorients, holds, immobilizes, heals, defense buffs, endurance drains, knockbacks and more, are all improved. The effects of Power Boost last a short while, and only the next couple of attacks will be boosted. You must be level 44 and have two other Primal Forces Mastery Powers before selecting this power.
Note: This power improves the strength of your Heals, Endurance drains and gifts, Runspeed powers, Flight powers, Defense buffs and debuffs, and ToHit buffs and debuffs, as well as the duration of your Sleep, Hold, Disorient, Immobilize, Fear, and Confuse status effects. It does not increase the strength of your Knockback effects. That part of the power description is outdated.
